Neddie in a glimpse
Looking back at my time at Neddie, it was a great experience working in such a diverse environment. It gave me a taste of how fast paced working at a startup can be. At Neddie I had the freedom to explore my designs but at the same time I had to mindful about Neddie's Mission. Delivering designs at the same time multitasking to help out the engineering, marketing team was how I spent my summer! I made sure my designs kept the user experience, aesthetics and accessibility in mind.
The biggest goal for me was to absorb as much as I can get, track my progress, and seek feedback throughout. I believe this experience helped me in being more empathetic and helped me grow as a designer and a teamplayer. Moreover, even during the pandemic I established a goal to network with majority people on the team.
"In a period of three months, I have seen Mrunmayee grow as a UX Designer and as a team player. I was really impressed with how confident she was with presenting her work. I believe Mrunmayee has been a technically skilled designer with immense leadership potential. One of the many qualities that stood out in our MVP’s success was her quick and thoughtful response to the feedback of our valued customers. Her commitment and great designs were key for NEDDIE's MVP success. Working with Mrunmayee has been a very positive and fun experience." - Elanny Torres, Project Manager at Neddie
